Order
You can view your orders from the "My Account" page under the "My Orders" tab.
If you think that the order amount has been charged from your credit card but your order has not been created, you can call our Call Center at 0850 800 34 87 (weekdays 09:00 - 18:00) or send an email to [email protected]. Your request will be reviewed and you will be informed about the issue as soon as possible. Please note that sending a screen view or receipt along with your request will expedite the investigation process.
If you have not completed your order yet, you can change your delivery and invoice name, address information, product you want to purchase, and quantity information. Changes to products, address cannot be made in completed orders.
Changes cannot be made to the products and quantities in your order. You can cancel your order and place a new order with the product and quantity you want to purchase.

 
It is not possible to exchange or return the products you purchased from the Doğtaş website at our stores. You can create a return request through our website for the products you want to return and complete the process.
To cancel the products in your order, you can submit a request through our website or call our Call Center at 0850 800 34 87.
Your products will be sent to the delivery address you have selected during the order. Unfortunately, sending the products to different addresses separately is not possible. If you wish, you can change the delivery address and arrange for your order to be sent to a different address.
Your e-invoice related to your order is automatically sent to the email address you provided when you registered on our website.
